Widex is a family owned company founded in Denmark in 1956, with their UK headquarters in Chester. Today, it is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of hearing aids. Widex hearing aids are sold in more than 100 countries around the world, and the company employs over 3,800 people worldwide.

At Widex all their custom in-ear hearing aids are made using the latest 3D modelling software and laser moulding techniques for high precision results. They are the only company who actually make all of their own main components and this is undertaken at their impressive new global HQ in Denmark (pictured left).
