Our Service

A hearing healthcare professional.

Unfortunately, we seem to live in a world where the price of anything is negotiable and we never seem to know what the real price should be. We are attracted to discounts and offers but are they genuine? Or are we just paying the price we should be anyway? Or more?

We believe that medical devices should not be sold in this manner. We understand that when buying an expensive and important item like a hearing aid, then transparency in what you paying for, and the amount you are paying, is essential. All our prices are non-negotiable as we believe they are the lowest they can be whilst still giving a sufficient level of service. We understand that customers want the best technology at the fairest prices with excellent service.

All of the prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, manufacturer’s warranty, testing, fitting and aftercare for the life of the hearing aid. Hearing aids, if properly maintained, should last for 5 years although we recommend replacing hearing aids every four years due to the pace of technology and for optimal performance.

Just like your eyesight, your hearing will continue to change. With this in mind, throughout your hearing aids' lifespan, periodic adjustments and maintenance will be necessary. Hearing aids will typically function at their best for up to 4 years depending on how well they are looked after, serviced and the quality of the investment. Technology changes quickly and you should be upgrading your hearing whenever you can. Hearing aid manufacturers tend to release new technology in 2 year cycles. Therefore 4 years should represent 2 significant technological jumps. Free lifetime aftercare which includes hearing testing, hearing aid adjustments and on-site maintenance is included in the cost of the hearing aids. Lifetime aftercare should not infer that hearing aids should last a lifetime as this encourages clients not to take advantage of better technology and improve their lives further.

The only thing that’s not included are the batteries and these should not cost more than £25 a year for two hearing aids otherwise you’re paying too much.
